Pantheon apartment review

Great location, disappointing stay. The check in process was poorly communicated, the apartment has poor lighting, central a/c didn’t work, cleanliness was below average. Great location but I wouldn’t stay again.

Very good location

I liked where the apartment is located, it is very comfortable, it is clean, the kitchen is very well organized, the communication and attention with the host are very good but I think they should a little attention to the electrical system and lighting. There is a little mold at the entrance to the apartment and in the bathroom...which did surprise me. It was the increase by the city of Rome in rental taxes. I paid €180 for 11 days of rental. And that is paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment….

Dark as a cave – great location

Dark as a cave – great location There is only one exterior window on the entire three-level flat. The existing lighting needs help. There are a variety of mostly accent down lights on the shelves that don’t do much more. The rest is a variety of bare bulbs and clamp-on shop lights. You’ll have to crawl over the bed and reach to the ceiling on one of the bed lights; you’ll need to reach down to floor to lurn on the bed’s corner light. Beware the bed loft. It’s tight up there, so be careful you don’t roll over the side on your way to the bathroom. Then the soffit lights, some are wired to a wall switch. Some are not. Good luck finding the right switch. There are plenty of dead switches. The bathroom is painted puke-pink ( by hand with a sponge.) the soap sackets are printed with red water-soluble paint that will transfer to your hands and towels. . And you’ll need to grab scissors to open them. The rain-shower dumps water out onto the bathroom floor, and the drain in the middle of the floor is clogged. So you get your own largo. Location is great. 2-3 minutes to fab restaurants and shopping. Also pretty easy walk or ride to Coloseun and Roman Forum, close also to Trevi fountain and the pantheon
