Fabulous location, kind host-a bit rundown

The host was lovely and very responsive. You could not ask for a better location, the restaurant 3 doors down is charming, family owned and delicious. Almost anything you’d like to see or do is walking distance. Note: Uber will not come directly to this narrow street, but they’ll get you close. This is NOT a 2 bedroom, there are two rooms, the livingroom has a pullout sofa. The unit itself is a bit older & kind of awkward. We had some plumbing issues… kitchen faucet literally fell off in our hand etc. But they were super responsive and had it resolved the next day. Beware if wifi is crucial, we were constantly dropped from our often <1 gig, it made trying to work an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to unplug, there is no tv or radio. Overall, for the price it’s not terrible, but if you’re looking for something nicer, maybe not for you. That said, they just recently began short term rentals and I’m sure they’ll be making some much needed improvements.

Traumhafte Lage und schnuckelige Wohnung

Die Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, winzige Küchenecke im Flur, Schlafzimmer und dahinter Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet) ist schnuckelig und hat eine traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt, die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und bemüht bei jeder Frage. Für Deutsche etwas ungewohnt war die gemeinsame Decke (ohne Inlay) und das etwas improvisierte kleine Bad.

Super emplacement et très bon rapport qualité prix

L’arrivé s’est faite très simplement car lucrezia (qui parle parfaitement français!) nous y attendait avec un petit gâteau pour notre arrivée. L’appartement est dans son jus mais fonctionnel, quelques petits arrangements à prévoir pour que cela soit confortable pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu un souci avec le chauffe eau mais elle a été très réactive et ce fut réglé dans la journée. De nombreux bus passent au pied de l’appartement. Il est calme malgré la position hyper centrale. Si nous revenons à Rome nous relouerons cet appartement

Amazing apartment in Rome!

Apartment and host exceeded all expectations! Apartment clean and stylish. All appliances and amenities were in perfect working condition. Apartment was also walking distance to many attractions in/near Rome including Vatican City, the Roman Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and countless bars and restaurants/nightlife. Our host was able to provide recommendations for our stay and then stayed in contact with us via Whatsapp throughout to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to Rome. Highly recommended!
