The property was very clean and a great location to stay if you plan to site see and shop this is the place to be. The only reason why I gave an average rating was because we never received our information/directions 72 hours before arriving we were outside the building for 20minutes trying to get ahold of someone and we had no WiFi to fill out the documentation because your caught between 2 buildings outside trying to do it. Finally someone came down to help us and gave us the QR code needed. It was very warm in our room I reached out and was told it is turned off during the day however ours was never on and it was very hard to sleep when muggy in the room and then I was ignored and no one answered me. In addition we reached out for a late check out because our flight was later and no one ever responded to that either.

Property was exactly as advertised. Really convenient location, 17-20 min by walk to Trevi fountain. Lots of restaurant options and you’re 3 min away from shopping street. The check in was interesting, it’s the first time I ever did qr code check in, which it gets sent to your phone, and that’s basically your key card, super convenient. If I ever come to Rome again, would definitely stay at Martina Suites

We loved our stay at Martina Suites The manager was responsive and helpful with early check in The location was the best feature being close to the metro station , shopping and tourist attractions Would highly recommend the property .

この立地で部屋や設備も良くお値段格安だと思います。フロントデスクがない事が不安でしたが置き手紙（翻訳ツール活用）で、必要なものなど伝え、全て対応いただきました。ただ体調不良などのトラブル時にフロントに相談できないのは不安が残りますので、常備薬などの備えは必要と思います。

Sehr schönes (Hotel) direkt bei Piazza Popolo. Zum Personal gibt es nur per WhatsApp Kontakt sonst alles über QR-Code. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Einkaufsstraße , Restaurants Metro alles in der Nähe. Sichere Gegend , Zimmer klein aber praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig . Würden es wieder buchen.

Fint rom, og vaskinga var godt gjennomført hver dag. Da vi kom til rommet, så hadde AC en feilmelding på panelet, og jeg tok kontakt med Martina Suites ang feilmeldingen. De sa de skulle fikse det, men det ble aldri ordnet. Til tross for at jeg fulgte opp ila oppholdet vårt. Rommet var varmt og klamt gjennom hele oppholdet pga det. Og det skulle egentlig bare mangle at minibaren var med i pris, for flere av varene hadde gått ut på dato i 2023.. Utover problemene med AC og hjelpen vi fikk med det, så koste vi oss veldig. Rommet og badet er av god standard. Man kan gå til alle de store severdigheter, og det er mange gode restauranter i nærheten.
