Beautiful 3 Bedroom Flat great for family

This is a beautiful apartment with three bedrooms and bathrooms. We had three adult children with us and found this to be very comfortable. The location is great as it makes it easy to get to everything around Rome with lots of things within walking distance. There is a lift with which makes it easy to get your bags to your apartment. We highly recommend this rental unit.

Amazing Trevi Fountain location apartment!

Terrific location! Steps to the Pantheon. A few minutes to Piazza Navona. Well appointed apartment with an attractive loft for our fourth guest. Seamless check in. Will definitely come back again. Grazie Mille!

Excellent stay

Was perfect for my families stay in Rome. Property is right in the middle of the action and we loved walking by Trevi everyday. Checkin was easy and the host arranged transport back to airport which was very convenient.

Great location!

Loved the spacious apartment a couple minute walk to the Trevi fountain, yet nice and quiet. Easily fit 4 adults. The elevator made a huge difference after hours of walking.

Nice But Loud Nights

The check-in process was easy and the gentleman provided a very helpful and friendly introduction to the unit. It was clean and seemed remodled recently. However, it's located on the the fifth floor (with access to an elevator) but that means we heard the wild cats and bird roaming around the rooftop throughout the night and it woke us up multiple times each of the four nights we stayed there. Because we need our sleep we wouldn't stay there again.

Wonderful Location and Apartment

Just spent a wonderful 4 days in Rome at this apartment with my young adult children. The location is perfect for those wanting to be walking distance from all attractions. The apartment itself was clean, had what we needed and the elevator was great as you will be on the 5th floor. The property management company was very responsive and even set up pick up for us at the airport which was really great. If we come back we would definitely stay again.

Lovely home, elevator, comfy beds, more than enough room for our family of three. Quiet. Management company is responsive. Close to everything. Tigre Mart across the main street & great restaurant on the corner.

Perfect location!!!!

This apartment was exactly how it was described in the listing and then some! We weren't sure exactly where it was located and couldn't have been happier when we got there. It is located 3 minutes from Trevi fountain and right in the heart of some of the best shopping and restaurants that Rome has to offer. The check-in process couldn't have been easier and we were able to check in several hours early so we didn't have to store our luggage anywhere. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if we ever go back to Rome.

A Little Bit Grandma - Steps From Trevi Fountain

This is a well located central apartment very close to Trevi Fountain. It is on the top floor (thankful for the lift!) but relatively dark as there are just a few windows and they are covered with shutters. The overall feel is that grandma moved out and we moved in...but it had everything we needed and was very quiet as well. The check in process was seamless and we also were assisted with middle-of-the-night airport pickup which was a huge help.

Convenient location

This apartment is very close to Trevi Fountain and to the major street Tritone. There is a good restaurant one half block away on the same street. There are also many stores and places to eat adjacent to Trevi. It is also a quiet place to stay. Shutters on the inside and outside of the windows allow you to get fresh air or shut out the light to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The property had everything you needed. The master description shows small bathroom, which is true - what isn’t clear is that the master doesn’t have a shower or bath (it only has a toilet). Overall, we made it work and the apartment very nice and host was very helpful.

Location, location, location!!

This property was such a great home base! SO close to the Trevi!! The actual apartment had everything we needed as a family to lounge and sleep after a long day of touring. Full kitchen but really not needed as we ate out mostly. Great to have a large kitchen table to eat ‘grab and go’ food one night. Host was incredibly helpful with coordinating rides (with a transport service) to and from airport/train station for super early morning flights. Very reliable! Thank you!!

Good Location

Very close to bus stops so easy to get around Rome. Apartment was nice and clean but needs a few repairs such as broken leg on green chair, pillow cushions on chairs need to be replaced so chairs can actually be sat in comfortably.. Kitchen was well equipped but no dishcloth and 3 small packets of dish soap which were insufficient. I purchased (and left both) myself. Need larger water glasses. Beds were comfortable. Hosts responded to our requests and resolved issues quickly.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Rome - fully appointed apartment with everything you need

Absolutely fantastic apartment, so much space to spread out with a lovely living room to relax in after a busy day. My son loved his little loft bedroom with own washroom, the photos (while awesome) do NOT do this place justice! The master bed has a giant walk in closet, while the ensuite only has a toilet there is a bathtub in the main which is nice. Kitchen has everything you need and the eleveator is a godsend. Walking to eveything - groceries restaurants, shopping and ROME!!

Excellent location, extremely clean and very quiet

This apartment was exactly as listed - classic and quiet. The communication with the prompt manager was great and when we had a minor problem with one toilet, she was over quickly to resolve the issue. The space was excellent for a family of four that included two adult children. We especially loved how convenient and within walking distance literally every major site was to the apartment. The only minor recommendation we have is the living room furniture could be updated (the green chairs sink very low when sitting in them as if the springs are broken). Overall, we’d stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone.

Location was Superb

This flat was incredibly spacious. Had enough room to sleep 6 comfortably, but we were only a family of 4 traveling. As the title states, this flat was centrally located and only a 1min walk from the Trevi fountain. It was the perfect location for first time Rome-rs. It is in a very busy area, but noise was never an issue. However, the furniture was a bit dated and a few chairs in the living area were broken (when you sat down, the cushion would sink). Otherwise, no complaints. Having an elevator was a huge benefit--the flat was located on the 5th floor. :)

Location, location, location

This vacation rental is tucked away in a little side street in a great location, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and on the other side plenty of shopping and the Pantheon. There is a bus stop nearby, a cafe and a few restaurants less than 50 feet away. You can use the kitchen in the vacation rental but we ultimately used it for our left overs and late night snacks. The beds were comfortable but understand that there are rules to the heating and air conditioning so if you are in need of special heating or cooling during your stay just reach out to them in advance to see what they can do to support you. We went during a low season and the weather was still pretty cold and we would have preferred a little more heat but it was bearable. This space has a small washing machine and space to hang your light laundry to dry. We used it once to wash socks and undergarments during our week long trip. I wouldn’t want to hang my jeans to dry but otherwise it was a nice little help when packing. They provided a little bit of laundry detergent so if you stay for a while, plan on bringing or buying your own laundry detergent sheets. The rental is in a building with a lift and that was extremely helpful for the 5th floor unit and long days of walking. The property managers were able to help us with check in and were attentive when the tv was missing the remote. We recommend it for families because there is space to spread out and relax after long days of sightseeing.

Fabulous, clean, elegant and centrally located. This is one of those romantic Italian apartments, classically decorated and immaculate. The agent was thorough during the checkin process walking us through the apartment and pointing out specific features, amenities I asked about. I will definitely stay here again!
