“Excellent location between Trastevere and Pantheon. Very responsive hosts. Exterior of the hotel common courtyard should be cleaned up….but its not an issue for me. Room amenities are up to hotel standards. Thanks for the excellent service.”

“The property is well located if you like to walk; the closest public bus is about a 10-minute walk away. From the very beginning, this host fails the trust test They welcome you with an email and offer to give you advice and tell you that they can transport you via a chauffeur from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 85 euros (add 10% to pay by card). The overcharge for card payment should alert you to this host: unfortunately, that is not the worst. They only mention public……

“Great room in a fabulous part of town! We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only little quirks we found were figuring out how to work the shower handle to change the location of the water (rain shower head or handle, etc.) and I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo + conditioner as we……

“We liked the location near Piazza Cavour, its proximity to Piazza Navona, and the easy access to public transport. The apartment was spacious, bright, and airy. It sits just a few steps above street level, with a secure outer gate and inner door.”

“Great place to stay! The host greeted us with warm hospitality, the check-in process was smooth. Big thanks to Silvia for making our stay so perfect. Area is amazing, streets filled with budget friendly restaurants. Walking distance to all major attractions. Recommend, would return here not once.”

“Great place to use as a base for your trip to Rome. Location is right between two metro stations: Spanish steps and Barberini with bunch of restaurants/small groceries around you and if you need something. Host Joey made this trip unforgettable by going above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Highly recommend this place and for sure will stay here again.”

“地點相當方便,入住手續及服務人員非常熱情且親切.各方面都很好,唯獨房間有點暗,如果可以再加裝幾座燈就更好了”

“Street level entry - the only stairs were those that led to the bedroom. Plenty of room. A separate area you can retreat to if you have a snorer with you. A little private “Secret Garden” to listen to the birds. There is a TEAPOT! And a KETTLE! (No boiling a pan on the stove.) Easy WiFi connection. Just the right level of comfort, and no previous renters’ clutter. Very clean. Restaurants and cafés all close by. As well as a Colosseum.”

“Had to dispatch a number of cockroaches, we were told they came from outside the building. The management was responsive to our complaints.”
