「Overall, Fabio was very nice and replied all my questions very quickly. The building was in a different place (but very close) to the address indicated in the reservation, and the checkout time stated in the reservation and the one I was told was different, but when showing the reservation, they changed it immediately so no problem at all. 「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
