讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
My stay was wonderful, and the customer service was excellent. Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the gentleman at the door was also exceptional. Although some of the materials in the room were stained, it was evident that they were regularly washed and replaced with fresh linens and towels to maintain guest comfort. The curtains in my room also had stains, though I am not sure of the source.
During breakfast, some of the utensils were not thoroughly dried, and at times there was visible water or small food specks on certain items, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the breakfast menu remained the same every day. The staff member working in the breakfast area could also be a bit warmer, as a simple smile goes a long way—especially in the morning.
Despite these concerns, I would definitely return because of the outstanding customer service. I felt safe, calm, and well cared for throughout my stay. The staff truly seemed to be making a genuine effort. With stronger management oversight—particularly in reviewing room materials, ensuring proper cleaning procedures, and monitoring breakfast service—this property could easily become a five-star destination.
The on-site restaurant and its staff were fantastic, and the food was excellent. I enjoyed a meal there almost every night for six days. Overall, aside from a few areas needing improvement, my experience was nearly perfect. I loved my stay.
