"Everything was clean. Service was great"

"The entire hotel was hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was burnt and dry. I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning "

"Great stay my only complaint is I had a “lake view” room with a lovely huge HVAC unit blocking the view on the 3rd floor."

"Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Parking is available, but limited. It was a little disappointing that the vending and ice machines did not work on each floor, but the quality service made up for it. The layout of the rooms were nice. We didn't have the best view, but that didn't bother us, because we weren't there for that. We would definitely stay there again."

"The stay was short but very nice. Hot tub was wonderful, sauna was nice. Everything was great. Definitely should have booked for longer and absolutely will next time. It was exactly what we needed."
