“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning.
Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly.
