Wunderschön

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Roquebrun und kennen eine Reihe von Häusern dort. Dieses hier ist klar unter den besten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig; es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Hauptgebäude mit einem "richtigen" Doppelbett und einem Bett mit 1,60m; im selben Zimmer ist noch ein Einzelbett. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; eine Salatschüssel wäre schön und eine Ordnungsmöglichkeit für die Töpfe und Pfannen (Regal o.ä.). Das Bad ist sauber und okay, könnte aber bei Gelegenheit aufgefrischt werden; da hätten wir bei dem Mietpreis etwas mehr erwartet. Das separate Apartment hat eine Schlafcouch und auf der Empore noch zwei weitere Schlafsofas. Auch wenn es eine Klimaanlage im Apartment gibt, war es dort oben im Hochsommer sehr warm. Im Erdgeschoss, wo auch das Schlafsofa steht, war es angeneh kühl. Das eigene Badezimmer mit Duschwanne ist so modern und stylish eingerichtet wie das ganze Apartment. Der Pool ist klasse, und die Ausstattung der Terrasse mit Tischen, Stühlen und Lounge-Sesseln ist sehr gut. Das Haus liegt oben am Hang, Blick nach Süden und Sonne von West und Ost - perfekt! Es ist vollkommen ruhig. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet maximale Privatsphäre. Die Betreuung durch Stephanie war erstklassig; bei zwei Kleinigkeiten wurde sofort geholfen, und sie war immer erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung für dieses schöne Haus!

Tolles Grundstück in schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Der Pool, der Garten und die Terrasse sind toll, die Inneneinrichtung, besonders Bad und Toilette im Haupthaus, aber auch das Wohnzimmer, sind allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werden. Die Außendusche am Pool funktionierte nicht. Mit einem kleinen Upgrade könnten Innen und Außen der Villa in Einklang gebracht werden. Ein toller Ort für erholsame Urlaube!

We gaan nu beginnen aan onze vierde dag vakantie van de acht en het is zalig. Heerlijk zwembad, goede bedden. Alles werkt prima. Goede wifi, grote tuin. Mooi bijhuisje met airco en mooie badkamer met bad. Restaurants zijn te voet te bereiken op ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen. Geen beetje spijt dat ik deze villa geboekt heb. De communicatie met belvilla gaat perfect. Binnen een minuut krijg ik antwoord als ik een vraag heb. Verbazend snel! Sleutel in sleutelkastje dus geen uur uitleg over hoe de koelkast werkt. Gewoon sleutelkastje open en vakantie!

De omgeving is schitterend, rustig, gezellig, heel aangenaam. Het huis was vies toen we aankwamen. Er lagen overal zwarte hondenharen, in bed, tegen de zetel, aan het zwembad. Zelfs na een grondige poetsbeurt kwamen er nog hondenharen te voorschijn. Dat was minder leuk natuurlijk.

Toen we aankwamen in de straat van ons huisje hebben we wel eventjes gezocht naar het juiste huisje. We hadden enkel coördinaten doorgekregen en geen huisnummer. Het zou handig zijn mocht de naam vermeld zijn op het hekken of brievenbus. Het huisje is goed meegevallen.. Alleen jammer dat men 105€ betaald voor het poetsen. De vaat was niet volledig leeg, bbq niet uitgekuisd en hier en daar hingen nog stofnetten in de kamers. Toch hebben we genoten van onze vakantie vooral her zwembad en airco was een aangename verkoeling. Alles was aanwezig in het huisje wat keukenspullen betreft. Ook gezellig terras vooral ‘s avonds met de gekleurde lichtjes.

Ankunft war o. K. Jedoch kein persönlicher Empfang. Der Schlüssel war in einem Safe an der Haustüre hinterlegt. Im Frerienhaus befand sich ein Ordner mit allgemeinen Hinweisen zum Haus. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sauber, stilvoll und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Pool war ein Highlight. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge von der Terasse. Das Dorfzentrum von Roquebrun war in Fussnähe erreichbar. Bäcker, Restaurants/Bar und kleiner Lebensmittelladen gut erreichbar. Zahlreiche Winzer die zu Weinproben einladen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der mediterane Garten und der Fluss Orb mit guten Badestellen und einem Kanuverleih. Nächte grössere Supermärkte ca. 15 bis 20 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Im Umkreis von ca. 30 bis 60 min. Autofahrt gibt es zahlreiche Städte, Strände und Sehenwürdigkeiten zu entdecken. In der kühleren Jahreszeit viele Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir reisten mit Hund. Dieser war überall herzlich willkommen.
