Groupe d'amis retraités et randonneurs (6 couples)

Points forts : lieux calmes, villa propre et agréable à vivre, aménagement globalement satisfaisant.Points faibles : pas d'état des lieux (arrivée et départ) ; une seule clé d'accès à la villa ; sanitaires et portes fenêtres sans clés ; pas de rampe dans les escaliers ; petite chambre du rez-de-chaussée sans chauffage et occupée par un énorme réfrigérateur ; pas de balai dans la villa ! ; quelques appareils en panne ( porte serviettes, sèche cheveux ...) ; télévision non connectée à un élément de réception ! ; équipements de cuisine incomplets (pas d'égouttoir à vaisselle, pas de saladier et essoreuse à salade, pas de grand plat pour le four ...)Si plus de 10 personnes : gros problèmes de parking, table d'intérieur trop petite. Draps et serviettes payés en supplément.En définitive, nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré un temps médiocre. La villa Roca est certainement bien adaptée à un séjour estival pour 10 personnes au maximum.

Super Aufenthalt mit ein paar Problemen

Der Aufenthalt hat allen sehr gefallen. Das Haus liegt in einer super Gegend und ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für den Preis lohnt sich das Haus sehr. Das Haus war zum großteil wie erwartet und der Pool war sauber und die filterpumpe aktiv, jedoch etwas verstopft. Es gab jedoch auch einige Probleme. Zum Beispiel eine nicht richtig funktionierende Toilettenspülung, ein verstopfter Duschausfluss, eine defekte Duschhaube, teilweise kaputte Stühle. Dies waren aber alles nur kleine Problemchen, welche die Freude am Haus nicht aufgehalten haben. Der Check-In hat sich kompliziert gestaltet, da die angekündigte Schlüsselbox nicht funktioniert hat, wodurch sich der Check in die Länge gezogen hat. Es gab jedoch ein größeres Problem. Nämlich, dass im Haus nicht wie in der Anzeige versprochen mehrere Zimmer mit insgesamt 15 Schlafplätzen(Betten) war, sondern nur 13 Schlafplätze vorhanden war. Erst nach langer Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben wir Zugriff auf zwei Aufklappbetten bekommen. Es waren jedoch 11 feststehende Betten Einzelbetten und 2 Doppelbetten angegeben und nicht, dass zwei davon Aufklappbetten sind. Dies war irreführend. Desweiteren wusste der Vermieter selbst nicht wie wir in das Zimmer mit dem Aufklappbetten kommen, weswegen dieser Prozess Stunden gedauert hat. Außerdem wurden sir erst eine woche vorher darüber informiert, dass die Bettwäsche doch nicht(wie in der Anzeige auf FeWo-Direkt angegeben) inklusive ist, sondern Geld dafür verlangt wird.

Maison entretien technique défaillant

Piscine pas chauffée car en panne malgré plusieurs relances restées sans réponse une semaine avant, ampoules grillées, vaisselle insuffisante, protège matelas et canapés très sale, détritus dans jardin, mobilier de terrasse cassé et abandonné, carrelage descellé des escaliers intérieurs, conditions de paiement inhabituelles obligeant le paiement du solde deux mois avant la date du séjour.

La maison est très grande, beaucoup d'espace. Dommage manque d'espace dans le jardin. Le propriétaire n'a pas proposé d'équipements de bébé.

A great vacation in beautiful surroundings

We where 3 families enjoying the Villa Roca and the beaches and cities in the area. We where 12 persons from 7 years and upwards and the house fitted us perfect without any logistically challenges when it comes to bathrooms/toilets/bedrooms/kitchen. Outside the house has a good sized pool with a nice deck, clean and tidy garden with flowers and bushes and a wonderful dinner area under a pergola in the front of the house. We recommend Villa Roca
