MICAES It was a great house with a lot of space and an amazing view. The swimmingpool is everything you need and feels like holiday. The house is on a hill, so there are 3 area's. You reach them by stairs, so you walk a lot up and down (you stay fit that way haha). But be aware of that. Futhermore you have everything you need and the communicaton with the host is perfect. Thanks for the great days.

MICAES "🙂 Super Lage, schöne Terasse mit tollem Ausblick, herrlicher privater Pool, welcher während unseres Aufenthalts (1 Woche) sogar zweimal durch einen externen Renigungsservice gereinigt wurde. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. 🙁 Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte teils erneuert werden (z.B Teller mit Rissen). Die Sauberkeit ist noch ausbaufähig. Der Parkplatz, der sich direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet ist leider nur für SUVs geeignet, wir sind mit unserem Kleinwagen aufgesetzt. Allerdings stehen fußläufig alternative Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung."

MICAES "Villa des années 80 dans son jus avec vue magnifique 🙂 Vue panoramique magnifique Terrasses spacieuses et calmes Piscine à bonne température et sans vis à vis 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes séparées Lave linge et lessive mise à disposition Literie confortable ( sauf lit en 120) Logement calme bien situé 🙁 Absence de congélateur, réfrigérateur trop petit Cuisine: électroménager ancien et non performant (le four et la plaque contribuent à la chaleur irrespirable de la pièce de vie, le lave vaisselle fonctionne mal) Canapés inconfortables Le store permettant d’ombrager la terrasse ne fonctionne plus Les fenêtres des chambres côté ouest devraient être équipées de barreaux, ce qui permettrait d’aérer afin de rafraîchir en toute sécurité ( risque d’intrusion) La place de parking est en plein soleil et il est difficile de s’y garer sans que le bas de caisse ne frotte le sol La place de parking supplémentaire se situe à cheval sur le trottoir et la route donc ce n’est pas une vraie place Beaucoup d’escaliers intérieur et extérieur car le terrain est particulièrement en pente Draps ( fournis en supplément ) sont bouloché et rêches donc inconfortables Sol d’apparence propre mais en réalité très sale (impossible de marcher pieds nus) Tarif du ménage de 220 € particulièrement élevé par rapport à la prestation (cuisine collante au niveau du plan de travail et des accessoires )"

MICAES "🙂 Die Lage des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich. Der Pool ist super. Ausstattung ist vollständig, wenn auch ein wenig oldschool. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt als Menschen die etwas abseits der Tourismus Gebiete ein Quartier suchen. 🙁 Das Design des Hauses ist sicher 50 Jahre alt, nicht ganz so zeitgemäß, z.B. keine Toilette auf der Etage wo man sich am meisten aufhält. Treppen fest muss man sein. Geschirr könnte auch zum Teil für Mikrowelle geeignet sein, wenn man schon eine aufstellt. Alle anderen Sachen bewertet jeder anders und sind eher Kleinigkeiten. ."
