🏡 The accommodation The villa, freshly renovated and furnished with quality furniture, has been designed as a true holiday home for 10 guests.
Upstairs (sleeping & working area) Here you’ll find a quiet floor dedicated to rest:
Two bedrooms with 160x200 double beds, with simple and comfortable decor. One bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A large independent office with Apple computer and daybed, perfect for working remotely in a cool space or slipping away with a good book. A bathroom with corner bathtub and a toilet.
Ground floor (living areas) The ground floor is organised around a large living space opening onto the outdoors:
Two additional bedrooms (one with a 160x200 double bed, one with two single beds). A shower room with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. A bright living room facing the Estérel massif, with large electric reclining corner sofa, big-screen TV and stereo system for movie or music nights. A welcoming dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen (high-end appliances, large hob, oven, fridge-freezer, wine cellar, full tableware). A laundry room with large-capacity washing machine and tumble dryer for fully self-sufficient stays.
🌿 Outdoors & pool Outside, everything is designed for living in the open air:
Large terrace with big table for outdoor meals. Barbecue / plancha for family cookouts. Outdoor lounge area for evening aperitifs. Fully private landscaped garden with open views of the Estérel massif. Private pool secured by an alarm, lined with sun loungers and a relaxation corner. Table tennis to keep children and adults entertained between swims. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the Côte d’Azur sun from morning to evening.
📍 Roquebrune & surroundings The villa is located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, between sea and countryside, close to Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Les Issambres and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach: beaches, marinas and water activities (boat, paddle, jet ski), vineyards, wine estates and golf courses, hiking trails with views over the Estérel, Provençal markets, restaurants and typical villages in the area. The 9 hilltop villages of the Fayence area and Lake Saint-Cassien are about 20 minutes away, so you can alternate between beach days, nature walks and foodie discoveries.
🛎️ Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Self check-in via key box from 4 p.m.
🧺 Linen & cleaning For stays of 6 nights or more, household linen is provided. For stays of less than 6 nights, linen is available as an optional extra at an additional cost (on request).
💼 Service Check-in is completed online via a link sent after booking. A digital welcome booklet is available throughout your stay: arrival procedure, how the villa works, recommended places and activity ideas in the surrounding area.
Tourist tax and security deposit A tourist tax may be requested at the time of booking, DEPENDING ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM. A bank card pre-authorisation for the security deposit may be requested, DEPENDING ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM.
