Small Paradise

I only go on holiday for the sake of my family, as I haven't experienced anywhere else being nicer, more comfortable or more luxurious than at home for the last 16 years. Arrived at night, I stepped onto the terrace the next morning and had to sit down. What an incredibly beautiful place, I will certainly never forget this first impression. And not only is the holiday flat a gem, tastefully furnished, with everything you need, Roquefort les Peines is also a lovely little tranquil village with everything you need. Great restaurants, a great butcher and bakery and, for dog owners, a beautiful nature park about 5 minutes by car from the accommodation. Dear holidaymakers, please treat this unique place with care and respect so that it stays with us for a long time to come! Thank you very much Anne !!!

Unforgetable Getaway

Very nice house and worked very well for us especially it is much quitter and less tourists than staying in Nice, with a short drive from the airport. Very well equipped, modern interior, beautiful garden and very nice pool. Highly recommended.

Very spacious apartment in good location

Anne is an extremely kind host, very attentive and approachable, she communicated well with us. The apartment is centrally located for Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins and Valbonne. It is a large space, well equipped - part of the host’s main house within extensive mature grounds and secure parking. Good supermarket - few minutes drive. We had a very interesting holiday. Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Anne's beautiful house. Roquefort les Pins is a perfect location to discover the gems of the Provence. Anne was very responsive and helpful. The house and the garden were exactly as described if not better! The house and the kitchen were perfectly equipped. Our children loved the garden and the pool. 2 beautiful golf courses were in direct neighborhood. We will definitely return! Merci beaucoup, Anne!

Holidays in Paradise

We had 2 wonderful weeks at the beginning of october. We were on the road with over baby and our dog for over 2 months and this part of our journey stayed in our mind as the best time thanks to the cozy apartment, the beautiful garden, nice pool, perfect weather and thanks to Anne, who was such a lovely host. Our dog could be free on the whole property and enjoyed it a lot. The area is full of nice places to visit and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Thanks Anne for having us as your guests!

C’était tout simplement parfait ! Nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous cherchions, tant dans le logement que dans les alentours. La communication avec la propriétaire est excellente. Elle a pu répondre à nos questions quand nous en avions besoin. Le logement est à une distance optimale des belles villes de la Côte tout en offrant un retour plus au calme et dans la fraîcheur de ce magnifique jardin.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen unglaublich wohl gefühlt in dieser so schön eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir saßen gerne auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den vielfältigen Garten und den Pool. Auch den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt, um ihn herum gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme für uns als Familie. Unsere Vermieterin war unglaublich nett, bot immer ihre Hilfe bei Unklarheiten an bzw. gab uns ausreichend Ideen zu Ausflugszielen und hielt sich trotzdem diskret im Hintergrund auf. Nach unserer Abreise hatten wir versehentlich unsere Badmintonschläger in der Ferienwohnung vergessen, die sie uns dann netterweise nach Hause schickte. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt, gibt es einen Intermarché und eine sehr gute Boulangerie, die Atmosphäre im Ort ist sehr familiär. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Joli endroit en provence

Une magnifique piscine dans un joli parc arboré. Aucun vis à vis, calme et bien situé, proche de Grasse St Paul de Vence. Une propriétaire agréable et une maison jolie avec tout le confort. Je conseille cet endroit pour passer de superbes vacances en famille

Paradiesischer Garten in ländlicher Umgebung

Großzügige Ferienwohnung, stylisch, sogar ein großer Weinkühlschrank war da. An das Rauschen des Verkehrs der naheliegende Straße gewöhnt man sich schnell, in den Räumen war er sowieo nicht zu hören. Der parkähnliche Garten ist traumhaft mit seinen vielen unterschiedlichen Büschen und Bäumen. Als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der hübschen Bergdörfer zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto in 5 Min. ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und eine tolle Bäckerei zu erreichen. Spültabs nicht vergessen. Anne, vielen Dank

maximale Erholung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Ruhig gelegen aber doch nicht weit ab vom Schuss. Die umliegenden kleinen Dörfer des Hinterlandes alle gut zu erreichen - maximale Erholung für den einwöchigen Aufenthalt war möglich! Anne Pretagut, merci beaucoup!

Tolles Haus und nette Vermieterin!

Das Haus ist toll, ruhig gelegen aber Supermarkt und Bäcker sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Städte Antibes, Nizza und Cannes sind alle in ca 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und definitiv groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Il faudrait être bien difficile pour ne pas apprécier la gentillesse et disponibilité d Anne, la beauté du jardin, le calme de Roquefort ...le tout à 30 mn des plages, de Nice et Cannes, des villages de l arrière pays..et les sentiers de randonnée sur place!!!une adresse à garder!!

Emplacement idéal

Maison très bien située pour visiter les environs. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Maison vieillissante qui manque d'entretien (porte WC cassée, trous dans la terrasse, mobilier de jardin recouvert de poils de chat). Piscine bien entretenue, très grande mais hélas mal exposée (plus de soleil à 16 h). Beaucoup de moustiques. Maison pas du tout adaptée aux personnes en fauteuil roulant comme c'est indiqué et confirmé par la propriétaire. Très mauvaise surprise en arrivant.

Accueillant et reposant

Cadre idéal pour se reposer, dans une région magnifique. L'appartement et le jardin sont parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. L'appartement est bien accessible pour une personne en fauteuil malgré une marche pour aller aux chambres qui peut gêner les fauteuils électriques.

Zeer ruim appartement met goed werkende airco in leefruimte. Mooi terras en prachtige tuin met heel groot zwembad. Hoewel de eigenares ook op het domein woont heb je volledige privacy. De regio is fantastisch en erg divers. We hebben een topweek gehad!

Belle villa dans un beau cadre de verdure

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle. La piscine de bonne dimension a ravi petits et grands. Nous avons pu admirer le grand terrain aux multiples plantes, très bien entretenu par Anne la propriétaire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Anne est présente et très discrète.

Superbe location

L’appartement d’Anne est très grand , lumineux et la configuration très pratique car chacun peut conserver son intimité même à 4. Dans le logement on trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Le jardin est aussi très agréable et bien entretenu . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
