「Convenient place next with parking. Cheap and centrally located.」

「Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. 」

「The hotel building is not up to building code anymore. Crack on the wall is all over. Moldy bathroom and ceilings. 」

「Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.」

「The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in especially the pillows.All the staff were so nice and welcoming especially Maan,Emun,Gina,Bernadette,Jasmine,Cheska,Aubrey,Heart and the security guards who always helped to guide us parking our car,opened the lobby door and watched over the safety of the guests.」

「Clean room, staff were very attentive to our needs, no hot water on our first day but resolved right away, smells sewer in the bathroom but they took care of it. Minor things! Perfect location for us. Convenient and close to places we want to visit. Breakfast was great and the Chinese Restaurant in the same building was very good. I will consider staying here again in the near future.」

「The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way.」

「When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!」
