Disappointing Property

Reasonably clean kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom/Living area furniture very shabby and had seen better days. Huge dining table but no appropriate chairs. Many chipped pots which weren't nice to use. No toiletries at all supplied. Insufficient toilet roll - we had to purchase our own. No Wifi and absolutely zero communication with anyone apart from the cleaner who turned up as we were leaving. Much further out of town than indicated in the advert in a fairly run down block. All in all a very disappointing property which I am not able to recommend

Rosko "Logement propre et bien équipé (cuisine très complète). Localisation proche du port de Roscoff (un vingtaine de minutes à pied). Cependant pas d´information précisant le numéro de l´appartement. Nous avons tenté de contacter l´agence sans réponse et avons fini par trouver le numéro de l´appartement en lisant les commentaires. Parking privé dans la résidence. Nous avons avons passé agréable séjour à roscoff."

Küche und Bad waren ziemlich schmutzig, das ganze Apartment und die Anlage sind sehr ungepflegt, gebucht hatte ich das Apartment Rosko, in Wirklichkeit heißt die Anlage "Residence Belvedere". Dies wurde mir von der Agentur nicht mitgeteilt, auch die Nr. des Apartments kannte ich nicht. Ich musste vorher mit der Agentur telefonieren.

Rosko L'appartement est très bien, paisible et bien équipé. Il est bien situé et offre une belle vue sur la mer dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui est rare dans les locations...et le matelas était confortable. Bémol, à l'arrivée l'appartement était poussiéreux (pas eu de location pendant 1 semaine), et il y avait une odeur de poisson due à la hotte aspirante que j'ai dû nettoyer (j'ai communiqué l'info, le filtre devrait être changé). Je recommande quand même la location, si vous n'avez pas besoin que ce soit nickel nickel, pour le bon rapport qualité prix et le confort offert.
