"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We have traveled a lot but never encountered such an execptionally friendly and helpful host. Mustafa helped us arranged for various activities and went the extra mile to arrange to have our pottery picked up in the last minute. The breakfasts were outstanding!! What a treat!! The room decoration was very pretty and it was quiet despite being centrally located. We highly recommend this place! "

"Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC."
