The property and hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, great atmosphere. Spa experience was superb. I took off one star for three reasons: breakfast buffett was extremely limited, there were only THREE lounge chairs by the pool for guests, and food was extremely overpriced for the value. Most staff was helpful and pleasant.

Ft Young is always my go to when visiting the island. That being said if you are in the older part of the hotel, getting your luggage around is a challenge as the elevator does not get you to all areas, HOWEVER there is always friendly staff to lend a hand. I was disappointed not to get a room in the new, deluxe part of the hotel. Not sure how I go about getting one. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I would say that service has improved over the years. Helpful, friendly staff

Amazing staff, clean comfortable room. I had the best view i will definitely be back! The lady who checked me in was just welcoming and sweet i forgot her name sadly but very helpful. Bellmans Asa and the one at check in time i also forgot his name lol was the best!

Fantastic hotel

I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean & located right in the town. The staff are courteous & prompt. Great food. They also offer themed dining nights & activities such as Whale Watching.
