THE SPACE

With many personal touches it is perched in the trees above the beach, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors and high cathedral ceilings opening onto wide decks.

Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including dishwasher & microwave.

3 bedrooms upstairs, consisting of 2 with queen beds and 1 Twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Large luxurious bathroom with fabulous bath & separate shower.

Downstairs a large built in bunk room with 4 full sized galley style bunks sleeping 8. This fabulous room opens onto a terrific TV/Play room leading onto the lower deck, garden and beach.

The surrounding beaches are often deserted except for the abundant bird life and occasional rambler, and are great for surfing and ocean swimming. The area is famous for its bushwalking, fishing and laid back old-fashioned beach atmosphere.
The wonderful Mogo Zoo is only a short drive away.

Rosedale is 5 minutes to local shops for all your necessities, Moruya Airport is 20kms away and has daily flights to Sydney .
Supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, Mogo Zoo, golf courses & horse riding are only 5 to 15 minutes away.

Some of the activities are swimming, surfing , kayaking, fishing, snorkelling, bush walking, bike riding , tennis , golf, horse riding and relaxing with a book.
