Great property in the centre of Rosenheim. 10 mins walk to the station with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very clean and quite spacious. The fridge was perfect and the freezer great for storing ice with the July temperature. The large fan was also a nice touch. Only 2 niggles. 1. Early check in process didn't work. 2. There was no where to hang up any clothes. There were coathangars but no bar in the wardobe to hang them on.

I'd like to start by saying that if Limehome wants to do the right thing I'll happily amend this review. We arrived at around midnight and discovered our room had not been cleaned or changed over - see pictures. We immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp (because there are no staff on the premises). It took almost an hour, but the best they could do was put us in a single room which was quite uncomfortable for the two of us. They then refused to refund us, offering a 35% discount on that night. I didn't accept that, despite them saying it was their best offer. They then offered 50%, which I accepted purely to end the conversation. I don't think that's acceptable customer service. Now onto the review of the actual room, which will be fair. Positives: great location in Rosenheim, it was a comfy bed and there was a pod coffee machine. The room was spacious and a good base for a week. Negatives: the shower didn't drain properly and the rainfall shower head was blocked. The hairdryer worked but didn't heat up. We were grateful for air conditioning, but it was extremely loud and randomly turned itself on and off. Most annoyingly, the exterior door code stopped working, and no new code sent until I requested it - and you can only do that once.
