The main floor of the house is accessed from the garage by an external staircase. It consists of two terraces, a living room, a dining room with large windows offering sea views, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and access to the swimming pool. Heating, air conditioning, electric blinds, garage.
