Good Holidays in Roses

Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut. Lage passte. Die Betreuung sollte auch in „Deutsch“ (lt. Homepage) möglich sein. Hätte ich meine Freundin (sie spricht spanisch) nicht dabei gehabt, wäre wohl einiges schiefgelaufen. Trotz vorheriger Nachfrage (per E-Mail) wie die Schlüssel übergeben werden = keine Reaktion. Anrufe bei Ankunft am Zielort wurden nicht entgegengenommen und auch nicht beantwortet. Aussage in der Agentur: Man habe das Telefon auf AB umgeleitet.In der Wohnung keine Hinweise zur Nutzung des TV‘s / Sat-Anlage. Das sind nur ein paar Dinge, die verbessert werden müssen.
