la grandeur de l'appartement entièrement climatisé avec ses 4 chambres et sa très grande terrasse dans une résidence sécurisée équipée d'une piscine et d'un terrain de tennis l'équipement reste très ancien et aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement ( volets, fermeture des portes, etc...)

Belle location, mais équipement vétuste.

La résidence est très bien entretenue et très belle. L'appartement est conforme a l'annonce, très grand, climatisé entièrement, très grand balcon. Dommage que l'équipement soit aussi léger: appel 2 fois à un serrurier ( impossible de rentrer ), M.A.L capacité 3 kgs, aucun va et vient ne fonctionne, impossible de fermer les éviers, aspirateur et fer à repasser d'une autre époque, etc .......
