Featuring 2 comfortable bedrooms, this ideal retreat is located just 50 meters from the heart of Roses and a short walk from a supermarket for all your needs. Enjoy the sandy beach, only 200 meters away, and explore local attractions like the Sarfa bus station (1 km) and the exciting Aqua Brava water park (3 km).

    Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Parc Natural Aiguamolls de L'Empordà, situated just 9 km away. For those traveling further, the TGV-AVE train station and the renowned Perelada Golf course are both 15 km from the apartment.
