“Overall the place was VERY clean, some things not updated in the rooms, but better than others in the area.
My trouble was with the overnight desk clerk.
I went to my car & got locked outside around 4:30am. I went to try to ask the guy at the front desk to re-magnetize my key card because it wasn’t working. He completely ignored my request and asked if I had dogs in my room. My response, “yes I do”. He then started that I would be charged, I responded “Oh?” & asked the cost. He told me how much……
