“這間公寓整體很不錯，房間寬敞，廚房設施齊全；雖然不在市區，但是是盧森堡的公車非常方便、準時而且免費，所以交通不是問題！ 不過，入住當天才收到通知，備品是需要自備的（這個應該預約時就先告知，而且一般管理室公寓應該都要準備基本備品）！幸好入住時發現，還是有基本的衛生紙跟沐浴乳！ 只是公寓的備品不足，衛生紙跟沐浴乳都準備的剛剛好而已，我是一家三口連住五天，衛生紙只提供2卷，沐浴乳大概半瓶，我們沒有非常浪費，但是第四天衛生紙就用完了！管理單位也有＂貼心＂的準備咖啡跟茶包！但是很明顯的看起來就是一天份，第一次住到這麼精打細算的管理式公寓！ 因為這個公寓的單價也比較貴，連續入住也沒有比較便宜，除了沒有打掃（連續七天才打掃），但備品也沒有充足準備，感覺對連續入住者不公平！ ”

“The management for the apartment is not good. To do check-in, you need to find the proper people to give you the key. This proper people can't be reached by either the email or phone number they provided. It took me 4 hours just to get check-in.”

“Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. “I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. They provided me an apartment on the second floor and lied to me when they said it was just one set of stair. Picture this, I was with my father on a……

“Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist unglaublich geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet – mit einem echten Hauch von Luxus, bei dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und herzlich. Das Konzept der Unterkunft ist einfach mega und wirklich besonders. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Genau so wünscht man sich eine Auszeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut……
