“Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.”

“First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading.
Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food,……

“Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!”
