「My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was clean, the breakfast and the Costa coffee was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is at a great location to State Parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Hotels that we have stayed at. My family and I are planning to return in the Fall to see the foliage at Petit Jean State Park.

「I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. 「I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional!
I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.」
