This two bedroom end-of-building condo on the third floor has great morning light and comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large walk-in closet, its own bath/shower, plus separate access to the covered deck. The second large bedroom has a full-sized queen bed, a twin-over-double bunk bed, and a second twin bed and with access to a bath across the hall. There is a covered deck with a “peek-a-boo” view of Red Mountain, with entrances from the living room and the master bedroom.
The kitchen area features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample cupboard space, bar seating and is open to the dining/living areas. The living room features two couches, a chair and a cozy gas fireplace. Large, flat screen HD TV with HDMI hookup, DVD and a collection of movies and games are stored in the coffee table-ottoman. The unit has radiant floor heat, private laundry, ample storage and can be accessed by either stair or elevator.
There is one, high-clearance, covered parking space available on street level with a second nearby. Private ski storage is located on the entrance level. There is a communal hot tub in the building for you to soak in after a day of adventure on the mountain.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

Condo was perfect
Only not pick was that the linens were a bit musty but expect that May just be a shoulder season issue. Otherwise the condo was perfect- would love to book again.

It was great! The condo was described exactly how we thought it would be. Parking was a little confusing but the property management company was quick to respond to my text. I wouldn’t defiantly book this place again. Great location!

Ski getaway
Overall our stay was good. We did expect a better ski in, ski out situation, as it was billed that way. Ended up driving to and from lift areas. With a shuttle system in place it would have worked, but there are no shuttles. Cleared walkways would have helped, but walkways were not cleared to the lifts either. Condo itself comfortable and had everything we needed. Wifi was not working tho.

Nice but sketchy "ski in"
Overall nice stay. With no new snow the "ski in" was pretty difficult. Took us a couple days to figure out the route as well. A map of where to go to ski in would have been helpful.
