「The room was very dirty…I’m speaking about drip marks on walls and doors and stains on the chairs. Apparently, “non smoking” means someone hasn’t smoked in the room for an hour? I would rate it even lower, but will say that the sheets, pillows and towels were very clean. Someone banged on my door at 3 am and woke me up; the next night I had a roof leak and placed a wastebasket under it」

「The staff at this property were problematic from the start. They were rude and condescending. In addition, the cleanliness wasn't there. I had pillows and bedding I didn't use due to it being stained and dirty. The young lady that checked me in didn't understand that the booking was paid in full via Expedia & Afterpay. She made me end up having to cancel my reservation and then I ended up paying in person there. Again, this was verified by two different agents with Expedia that I was paid in...

「This property has seen better days. There was an overall lack of cleanliness in the room, especially the bathtub. The breakfast was meager (two cereal choices and white toast). The grounds aren't kept up, litter everywhere. Bed was ok with clean sheets but terrible pillows. I could hear the water running in the unit that backed up to mine every time.」
