There's not much that is more satisfying that flying over perfectly groomed vineyards. This was taken from a hot air balloon in the Hunter Valley. For those Sydney-siders out there, the Hunter Valley is perfect for a quick spontaneous getaway, only 2.5 hours drive from the city. Could you ask for more #Green.
