Spacious home with warm pool in January

We enjoyed our vacation at this spacious home with all of the amenities! We all loved swimming in the warm pool in January! We liked relaxing, reading, and bird-watching by the pool in the screened-in enclosure. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. The home is in a great location! It is close to our favorite places: Stump Pass Beach State Park (may have to wait for parking; we liked to walk a mile to the southern tip where there are more shells and shark’s teeth and it’s less crowded), Boca Grande (Gasparilla Island State Park, Banyan Street, and Pink Pony ice cream), and Mama’s Italian Restaurant (great pizza for pizza connoisseurs and tasty cheesy garlic bread). We have stayed in this neighborhood before and would stay here again!

Perfect for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, clean, and spaced out enough if we needed down time from being together. The kids lived the pool and were in it the whole time we were at the house. We will definitely book this house again for our next beach vacation.
