"There is much to recommend this hotel. The common areas are lovely; the location beautiful; and the spa very relaxing (though nude, despite being co-ed). The concierge was attentive and helpful. We borrowed e-bikes and enjoyed exploring the surrounding Tegernsee lake area (though they had no helmets - we had to rent these nearby). There are two restaurants - a casual bar and a more formal traditional Bavarian restaurant. The food and cocktails were quite good. The rooms themselves were large but...

"We had a very nice one-night stay here during a trip through Bavaria. The hotel is large and has several seemingly quite different pieces. Our room opened onto a large lawn, with a small terrance where we could sit out. It was very nice, but a bit inconvenient for privacy and security. The hotel room was large and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel bar was not really worth the walk over to it, but there are a lot of very nice restaurants and bars within easy walking...
