Incredibly clean and bright casita with excellent mountain breezes and top notch window coverings to shade the beautiful Arroyo Seco sun. Arroyo Seco is a very special place and this property gives you the best of it!!!!"

"This was a fantastic home base for our trip. The view of the mountains is awesome, and the yard was spacious and fenced for our dog. We got some pretty nice bird pictures just walking around the neighborhood, including hummingbirds in the yard. The trip to Fred Vaca Park also yielded some nice sightings. Trips into town are easy, and you've got a 20 min head start towards the ski area (which was hiking for us, in August). Moira is very pleasant, and, though we didn't really need anything extra, I can tell from our interactions that she'd step right up. I've stayed in adobe houses before. If you haven't, do some research or ask Moira re: the best ways to manage temps in the summer. We found it best to keep the pool area closed off, both for safety of our dog and to keep the bedrooms cooler. Adobe is an awesome insulator if you take advantage of the cool nights."

"comfortable, rambling home that easily accommodated the 10 of us. Six adults and four kids eight and under. The two pups loved the freedom to Rome. Communication with Terra was direct, immediate and informative. We have forwarded the link to friends we believe may also enjoy escaping Albuquerque’s noise, traffic, and in this case heat."

"We stayed for two nights. Great location away from crowds. The space had good energy and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed having some good food just steps from the front door from 2 great restaurants. I'd definitely stay again. Looking forward to it. Thanks."

"The house is really lovely. The amount of space for our family of 9 was exactly what we needed. Everyone had their own bedroom with a kitchen, dining and living space that met all of our needs. On the not so great side; the house was not as clean as I had hoped. So much dog and cat hair were missed. We have major cat allergies so asthma was an issue during our stay. The gourmet kitchen needed an upgrade to their dishwasher which would not rinse soap from the dishes. The pots were great but the pans needed replacing. The hot tub cover needed fixing but the tub itself was great, especially in the winter weather. The house has a new caretaker and I was assured it would be getting a deep cleaning and all of repairs would be fixed. The property is beautiful, in a qreat location. I would rent again as long as I knew the deep clean was done. "
