There were a number of issues that were identified. The host responded and said he was committed to getting them looked at and changes made as required.

This was my second time staying here. I like it for convenience and location to the things I like to do. The stairs are short and steep makes moving with large luggage a challenge. The host has always been very nice to deal with.

Although it was only mid-June, we had 3 *very* hot days (36°C) and there were no fans in the apartment. We had to leave the (lovely and spacious) windows open all the time we were in the room. There were a lot of biting insects that got me throughout the night. Definitely needs window screening and multiple fans.

Light Bright Cute apartment. Easy check In. Eddy helpful and we appreciated being able to leave bags when we arrived early. Narrow stairs to apartment. Glad we only had small bags. Comfortable stay.

Great Location

The apartment was lovely and the location perfect (2 tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal). My only comment would be that it could do with brighter lighting - both on the stairs up to the flat and in the evening within the flat (in daytime it's beautiful and bright with big windows). We always carry a flashlight and it got plenty of use.

property has GREAT potential

The owner is very helpful and accomodating. The apt. is well equipped, very bright, spacious and ideally located. I have, however, one big complaint: it was very dirty and had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived; there are also some repairs needed. Once these are done, we would certainly recommend this property.

Convenient and Neat

The location was very convenient to our needs. Walkable to Central Station in 15 mins or via nearby tram. Also near to many restaurants. Available washing machine was a great convenience. The small fridge held plenty for our multi-day stay. Kitchen equipped nicely. Be prepared for city street noise in the living room. Less so with bedroom doors closed and most of it died down by 23:00. Eddy was the most responsive host I’d ever had, returning messages within minutes. It was unseasonably hot during our stay and it did get hot in the apartment. We wished for a fan but did understand that it was not typical weather and we could get a good cross breeze with the windows open.

Litterie inadmissible
