刷卡要加%。樓梯有點陡。房間不大，床是電動的,很特別，房內可以沖澡，但要自備盥洗用品。廁所在外面共用。早餐有麵包水果還有很多零食可選擇。先生很熱情的介紹。

Lovely little hotel in a peaceful area.

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a great selection of cereals, fresh juices, breads and spreads. There was also meats, pate and cheese and abundant fresh coffee and tea. All in all, we were very impressed with the breakfast. The room was clean and had electrically adjustable beds which were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Rotterdam.

Very poor! Very bad!

Very poor! Long and straight stairs, very difficult to move luggage to my room. No equipment in the room. The bed is not clean enough. It is such a bad experience in my trip. I left and changed to another hotel immediately.

Convenient, quiet and friendly

Convenient and quiet location very close to railway station, a good base for exploring Rotterdam, Delft and Den Hague. Hop on hop off bus stops at the station. Away from the busy inner city but still close enough to walk. Great breakfast (and chats with other guests) and friendly staff. Supermarket and nice cafes not too far away (recommend Cafe Boon). My room was small but clean and comfortable, could make tea/coffee downstairs at any point. Excellent TV reception. Small shower/bathroom inside room, shared toilet with one other room but wasn't an issue. Steep stairs so anyone with mobility issues might want to specify a ground floor room. Overall very impressed with friendly atmosphere and as a solo traveller I felt very safe.

Excellent - highest praises.

Lovely stay. We arrived hours before check in and asked to leave our bags - instead they gave us our room! Very friendly, very helpful. This hotel is extremely close to the train station with downtown right on the other side of the station.

Hostel bien placé

Accueil qui laisse à désirer. Chambre avec comfort très sommaire mais propre. Cependant l'hostel est très bien placé avec accès aux trams. Ok pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais à mon sens pas plus.

Close to central station. quiet and convenient

Typical Dutch house, with steep staircase. But the boss is nice in helping me to move the big luggage down. Room is quite small but one cannot complain at this room rate and good location.

Good comfortable local hotel

I had room #1 on the rop floor with a balcony which was nice specially with the sun. Rhe bed was really comfortably. Breakfast is basic but just what you need, bread, ham, cheese, jams, cereals, eggs. The location is really good, only 5 min walk from Central Station (on the back) in a quite street. The one thing to remember is that like most Dutch houses the stairs are really steep. If this is an issue ask for a ground floor room. Overall I had a great stay for the price, but remember that there is city tax to pay and if you use a credit card there's an additional fee.

Überaus Freundlich und zuvorkommend, gerne wieder!

Bereits beim Checkin überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen worden mit nützlichen Tipps zum Thema Parken und anschließenden Umgebungsausflügen. Nettes, zweckdienliches Zimmer, schnelles kostenfreies WLAN, SmartTV mit Internet, elektrisch verstellbare Betten, sauber, prima Aussicht und absolut hervorragende, ruhige Lage. Das gesamte zentrale Stadtgebiet mit relevanten Museen, Rathaus, WTC, Markthalle bis hin zum Hafen und der Erasmusbrücke ist bequem in vielleicht maximal 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit einem 1-2 Stündigen Rundspaziergang ist alles in einem Rutsch dabei :-) Das Frühstück hatte ein absolut ausreichendes und abwechslungsreiches Buffet Angebot, auch hier wieder sehr nettes Personal mit Zeit für etwas Smalltalk über Ziel und Zweck unserer Reise. Ein wirklich gemütliches Hotel, bezahlbar und in guter Lage. Sehr ruhige Gegend, idylisch mit Grün und dennoch nur weniger Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Sollte es uns nochmal nach Rotterdam verschlagen werden wir zu 100% versuchen wieder hier einzukehren. Empfehlenswert.

Happy with our stay

Very helpful hotel staffs. Very near to Rotterdam Central Station, easy for us to do a half day tour to Amsterdam by intercity direct, before we catch Thalys to Brussels in the evening. Fair enough breakfast provided.

Prijs en kwaliteit zijn prima met elkaar in verhouding. Vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Rustige omgeving en op loopafstand van centraal station en overige OV. Nette kamers en sanitair.

eenvoudig hotel vlakbij station en centrum

Dit eenvoudige hotel ligt vlakbij het centraal station. Smalle opgang naar verdpiegingen. 1e verdieping, receptie en ontbijtzaaltje, 2e verdieping kamers en smal toilet, 3e kamers met opgeknapte douche met douchegordijn. Kamers erg klein, maar functioneel en stofvrij. De zuidzijde waa en september nog erg warm en benauwd, wel was er een eenvoudige ventilator aanwezig. Ontbijt alleen met voorverpakt brood en sloffe muesli en rijstewafels. Wel verse koffie, jus en hardgekookte eitjes. Ontvangst prima, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Awesome service, best central but quiet location

All four Bienvenue staff I met were equally accommodating, discreet and very helpful. The location is ideal for someone using the Centraal train/bus station. It is very quiet, charming and residential, with supermarkets and restaurants a few meters away. Also the hotel is facing a lake with beautiful trees and birds/ducks. The room is very clean with a great shower arrangement that works very well. Although the window is far from the shower and there is no ventilation noise nor switch, it seems that the room and shower area are amazingly well ventilated, because after taking a hot shower the vapor doesn't linger and small clothes items I washed dried up very fast. Breakfast was quite nice and didn't leave me craving for anything more. This was a very good value-for-money choice for a 3 day trip being out & about in Rotterdam and nearby towns.

Klein aber fein

Kleines Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung gegeben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG mit Badewanne. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Hotel unterstellen. Frühstück war ausreichend, man durfte sich auch im Lauf des Tages noch mit Kaffee oder Tee bedienen.

Two star luxury at a winning price

Quirky and quintessentially Dutch. We approached out the rear door of the Central Station to find a signpost pointing us all of the 200m to the hotel. Beautiful neighbourhood, so chilled compared to Amsterdam. Hank, the hotel manager, was straight down the line - did all he could for us without putting himself out too much. We were sharing a twin room ahead of the marathon and were given the use of a communal shower to tidy up afterwards. Two star luxury if you know what that entails.
