“we had an amazing holiday. The house is spacious and cozy at the same time. its clean and had everything we needed, loads of fridge and freezer space and washing machine and dryer. spent plenty time and the big back garden. we stayed for a full week, and was able to go on trips within an hours drive. there is a big new play area, 2 min walk from the house near the store. its brilliant for age 3 and up. the store has everything you need and the cashier was very helpful, which is great bc even……

“Just a beautiful cottage in a wonderful setting and we were lucky enough to spend the week there … everything you need in comfort .. the best welcome pack we have ever had .. Jonathon is a great host and made us feel very welcome .. we enjoyed being surrounded by nature in the cottage gardens and we loved sitting on the little patio which is perfect for watching the birdlife on the river go by. “We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in the Lake District. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect: peaceful and secluded, but only a short drive (or a long, scenic walk!) to some amazing views, great pubs, and some fantastic hiking trails.
