Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting Hostie's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

No Tolerance Policy: Underage drinking and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued.



Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to rent this home.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $20,000 with an added fee of $125 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front door, side door, pool area, and driveway for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances.
