It's an older motel in a small town. They seem to be working hard to update the rooms and ours was in good shape. The sound really carries throughout the building.

A great family business. My daughters family was moving to the area. There was a delay in closing and needed a place to stay. They were so helpful with our questions about the area. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff friendly. Also there pizza was good

The general population of people in Round up are so wonderful. This holds true at Autumn's Inn. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well kept. Lots of pillows and the beds were comfortable. My only feedback is the heater unit was a touch on the loud side when it cycled. I do prefer background noise for sleeping, but the cycles were noisy. I would stay again.

They didn’t pay attention to needing accessible room. We asked for two beds 4 adults. They tried to give second floor no elevator but i needed wheelchair access ended up putting us in a 1 bed full. Not clear where breakfast was served.
