Fantastisch mooie villa super lokatie dicht bij het dorp van Roussillon. Zeer ruim terras en mooi aangelegd zwembad. Binnen in het huis luxueuze kamers met elk een prachtige badkamer. Enkel de 4de kamer is nog niet gerenoveerd, en steekt wat af tegenover de andere 3 kamers. Duur, maar zeker de moeite waard.

zeer mooie villa, prachtig uitzicht op de vallei tussen Roussillon en Gordes. ...

zeer mooie villa, prachtig uitzicht op de vallei tussen Roussillon en Gordes. Er zijn wel duidelijke minpunten die je niet verwacht bij een huurprijs van meer dan 4000 €/week. - 4de kamer (of studio) is niet vergelijkbaar met de 3 andere kamers. Het ruikt er muf (getuige daarvan de geurvreters die er staan opgesteld) en is wat ouderwets. Bovendien is er in deze kamer géén wifi-verbinding. - naast het huis is het een ganse bouwwerf met lawaai (slijpen van beton vanaf 7.30u) en zeer veel stof dat op het terras en aan het zwembad terechtkomt. Meermaals werd 's avonds gewerkt tot na 21u. Fijn als je de rust komt opzoeken en kleine kinderen moet slapen. - Een aan en afrijden van auto's en vrachtwagens die ook gebruik maken van de parkeerfaciliteiten die tot het huis behoren.

BIj aankomst om 17h15 geen ontvangst ( zoals nochtans vermeld op het formulier ) ...

BIj aankomst om 17h15 geen ontvangst ( zoals nochtans vermeld op het formulier ). Wij moesten concierge opbellen die dan een halfuurtje later aankwam. Keukenlinnen was niet aanwezig, moesten er volgende dag opnieuw naar bellen en werden ons dan bezorgd. Glazen stonden vuil in de kast. Aan het aangrenzende huis waren grote verbouwingswerken bezig, arbeiders kwamen s'morgens al om 06h0 toe en hoewel zij hun best deden om de hinder tot een minimum te herleiden was het aan en af gerij van bestelwagens, slijpschijven en betonmolen sols toch hinderlijk. Gezien de smalle toegensweg parkeerden ze soms noodgedwongen op de oprit van onze villa en blokkeerden dan ongewild onze toegang.
