  • Set in a charming village near the Parc du Morvan, this traditional stone country house offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends. Surrounded by nature, the property features a pleasant garden and a seasonal above-ground pool (available in July and August, unheated)—perfect for summer relaxation.

    Enjoy local flavors at restaurants just 10 km away, and stock up on essentials from the supermarket (8 km). The region is rich in tourist attractions, making it ideal for day trips and cultural exploration.

    Inside, the air-conditioned home ensures comfort during warmer months. The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the dining area invites cozy gatherings. Whether you're lounging on the terrace, enjoying the garden, or exploring nearby trails, this home blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Private parking is available for added ease.
    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
