“did not have breakfast, bathroom door handle was loose and did not try closing the door because we were afraid to get locked in. Bathroom tiles were damaged. Elevator was very very scary to use. My wife refused to go back in after our first and only ride. The elevator would bounce when starting and arriving. Hotel also needs better parking options. ”
