The property was very nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Location is in a lively street, so a bit noisy. There are a lot of stairs to reach the property so a bit difficult to reach with luggage. Bathrooms and kitchen in working condition.

Very well situated to visit the old town. They offered inexpensive parking and transport to the apartment which was very helpful.

Good but some issues

The property is located in Old Town so no cars are allowed. If you arrive by rental car, you need to park in a lot far away. The location in relation to the main area is good, but there are many stairs to climb from the plaza. Onside the apartment it was very nice. The front door is not aligned correctly so it is VERY difficult to lock & unlock. The stairs, without being told ahead, and the doir made me download my review of the apartment.

I would not stay here again and would not advise you to stay here, especially if you are checking in after hours. - The key in the lockbox was the wrong key so we could not lock up when leaving. - Huge bag of dirty laundry inside right when you walked in - The address and map sent over ahead of time was incorrect and not where the house is actually located. You will be hauling your luggage up and down looking for the house if you follow the map. - And the worst part: I reached out 2 days before through Expedia informing host I would arrive after check-in hours ~8:30pm. No response for over a day, I followed up. They asked for my number and contacted me through Whatsapp. Throughout the entire day, they kept saying "we will send you check-in instructions shortly". They sent it to me 25 MINUTES before they would be unreachable as of 8pm. That was also when they asked for passport photos and that I leave city tax on the table before leaving. I was on the ferry and fully on my way. It was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. If I didn't have internet, I would not have had any of this information on hand earlier. There was no acknowledgement the next day when I told them of the issues mentioned above.

This was a great little hideaway right in the heart of Rovijn. Very quiet, well appointed, modern vibe to the apartment. Warning: steep hill and stairs to property - must walk with your luggage!

The location is AMAZING! This property is in the heart of Rovinj and less than a 2 minute walk to the cathedral. There are so many great restaurants less than 5 min. away. But not all was good… Unlike all the other hosts where we have stayed in Croatia, the staff who greeted us seemed very disinterested. He was in a near sprint when he led us to the room and then turned & was gone. The apartment has a Smart TV but sadly not smart enough to stream Netflix, etc. The TV only had 1 English channel so we were stuck watching BBC during any needed downtime. The online pictures appear incredible but are misleading. The quality of furniture & craftsmanship was not great. The shower has no slope so much of the water runs puddles up & runs away from the drain. The bathroom floor would have been soaked but we used the large floor squeegee (not in any photos) to push the water towards the drain. The bedding was clean but the bed is among the most uncomfortable that we’ve experienced. On a positive note. the kitchenette was stocked well. With all that, we would gladly return but it’s mostly because we love Rovinj.

Great location within old town. Everything was in walking distance. Tiny old streets and alleys full of history. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but the kitchen seemed well equipped and modern. We would recommend.

A very nice apartment, we felt safe and good location to places we wanted to visit. Clean, which is very important to us! Suggestion: the shower plan would improve with a door or better drain, as the whole bathroom floor was wet for a long time after a shower.

If you want to be in the old city center this is the place for you, with as extra amenity if you like cocktails, Limbo Cocktail bar is just a few steps down of the yellow house. We had the apartment, so we can’t rate the studio, which was not occupied during our stay
