「We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit...

「The cabin is cozy and sweet- we have a dog and small family and wanted to ski at Mt Snow. Cabin is short 20 minute drive to ski. Super cute town of Wilmington just a few minutes away. Go to Dots or Alpen Glow! Shaws grocery 2 minutes away. House has Pottery Barn vibes. Decent sized kitchen sitting and dining area. 2Bedroom 2 bath. This is not a house for a large crew but for a family getaway it was perfect. Street is quiet and residential. Neighbors seem really friendly. We would love to come...

「Lovely home. Plenty of room for all of us (11 adults, 2 children). Generally very clean. Plenty of cooking materials, linens, etc. T.v. with huge screen. Two kitchens plus bbq grill. Nice location. Negatives: - Stove tops and oven were not clean. Oven smoked when we first turned it on and the smoke alarm did not go off. - No AC. Fans were fine for us in May but it might be warm in August.Overall, we had a great time. We would stay at this house again. 」

「A cozy spot to watch the snow come down!」

「This unique hideaway was great for our family. The open layout might not work for everyone, but suited us just fine! We were only here a couple nights but enjoyed the location and using the hot tub! 」

「This property to date of our stays rates the highest marks for cleanliness. We had a great time and Noela and Mike were very responsive. It is a quiet house with incredible views of the mountains. We will stay here again.」

「Great space for a visit with family in the Greenfield/Deerfield area. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The communication with the property manager/owner was easy and timely using the VRBO app. No issues at all. It is definitely a walk up so keep that in mind if stairs are a challenge. 」

「It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. Thanks to Rich for being a great and gracious host!」

「We had a great stay at Carl's townhouse. He was super helpful and great to work with. He took the time to arrange for us to check in earlier than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was clean. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Hope to visit again soon!」

「Our group needed two things: lots of room for people to sleep and somewhere peaceful to relax and we got that all and more! The house is beautiful and the surrounding property is right out of a fairy tale. Nate is great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The house is wild and fun- some spot you gotta watch your head! It’s cozy though and great for inspiration and relaxing. If you don’t want to hear the rest of the group, this isn’t the house for you… sound carries! But...
