"PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. Cleanliness was also disappointing. We saw two baby roaches during our stay, there was rust all around the sink area, and overall the room just did not feel very clean or well-maintained. The bathroom vent also was not working, which made the bathroom very hot and stuffy. Another inconvenience was housekeeping only coming every other day instead of daily. The only positive thing I can really say is that the staff members were nice and polite. However, overall this felt like a low-rated hotel experience, and I honestly would not trust the reviews that led us to book here."
