Only issue was one of our two adjoining rooms had an air conditioner issue but the manager got us sorted in about an hour and put us into two new adjoining rooms. Bonus is that it is one of the closest hotels to Angkor Wat. That means you’re last to be picked up by tour shuttles and first to be dropped off. "

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. However, overall our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the breakfast selection was fairly average. The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality."
