“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

“Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting……

“I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful.

“前台的热情接待，将因火车司机罢工延误抵达的郁闷心情改善了许多。位置也很好，出行方便，出大门便是城市纪念雕塑公园，走不到10分钟便是连接通往多处景点的主干道，餐厅酒吧颇多，商业一应俱全。夜晚人声鼎沸热闹非凡，白天各式商店丰富多彩，逛累了可以很快很方便回到酒店。不足之处是酒店周围在修缮，景致和走路均稍有影响，但这应该是暂时的，酒店本身应该是很好的，还可以爬到楼顶上观景，能看见标志性建筑国家电影博物馆的塔尖，楼顶还有酒店自种的有机蔬菜植物园。”
