It was a very nice experience.Room was clean and up to date.Staff as a whole was helpful.The property is very large well kept. The pool is clean and refreshing. It is really quite a massive pool. For the price you can't go wrong. Close to a wide array of food choices. Nice area.

The hotel and amenities itself were fine. My room was so humid even with the air on full blast, and smelled of mould. When I went to take a shower there was hair in the drain from the last visitor. The room was quite expensive considering these things.

Old hotel that’s not updated but very clean, good bed, nice shower and hot water. Microwave and fridge work well. Great choice if on a budget or not spending your time at hotel. This area is quite overpriced, the Royal is not. An excellent value and great staff.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room itself was clean, which is always my top priority, so I appreciated that. The location was also really convenient — there’s a gas station nearby if you need to grab something quick, a KFC close by, and plenty of other food and shopping options in the area. Super convenient if you forgot anything. The only downsides for me were the hallway smell — it kind of reminded me of a funeral home. I’m not sure if it was the air freshener or just the building, but that’s something they could improve. I also wish I could’ve checked in earlier, but they were fully booked, so I had to wait until the 4 p.m. check-in time. My other complaint would be the bed — it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Key never worked without going to the office and having it rekeyed. They charged me for three nights instead of 2. They said they would fix it when i checked out. They didnt. I had to call them a few days later to have it credited to my card. Wouldn't let us check in until exactly 4. By then there was 10 people in line and one computer was down so it took forever. Not the best experience.

I had booked a suite big enough for our family MONTHS in advance. We travel for volleyball so we always go with bigger rooms. We got here and they had overbooked all the suites and we got stuck with a studio the size of my kitchen at home. The pictures you see on the internet are from yearssss ago because it is very run down. Bugs came out from under the pillows and the air conditioning was very loud and I like a white noise while sleeping. No accommodations were made for their mistake and I still was charged the same amount I paid months in advance for a suite. Not friendly. No accountability. Poor quality. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
