“Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. ”

“Location is perfect but nobody informed about the beach and the pier in the pictures was closed due to an erosion problem .. so we could not enjoy the days as expected .. we had to drive to spy beach one day which is not what we want to do .. your Expedia pictures are not updated to recent months .. ! ”

“The hotel was overbooked as their reservation system was down, so the non-smoking room requested through Expedia brushed over as a smoking room. The room was unbearable to be in. In a fortunate test of fate, the AC did not work in that room. I went to the office and the mid-day/evening front desk attendant kept putting me off. I checked back several times, each one he gave false timelines for him to go check it and he never did. After more than an hour he left the property so I returned to the……

“Nise clean place. With nice staff. My only complaint was the toilets are so small. I'm 6ft. So not that big. I joked with wife. Look at the (baby)kids toilets. But really did make my back hurt.”

“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”

Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

“What a great two day stay we enjoyed at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, Florida.. We were very fortunate to have Kate as our concierge and special needs assistant. Kate was able to provide my wife and I with wonderful and extremely helpful accommodations. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and appreciate all of her willingness to provide us with the best stay possible. The room and amenities were just what we needed at the time. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Driftwood……

“We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Staff and food were fabulous. Chairs and umbrella everyday at the beach. Close enough to walk to dining in the neighborhood. Loved our pool view room. So sad to leave. Hope to be back soon!”
