「Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels」

「Very good house owner.」

「Ok」

「Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen and restroom fit the space very well. I had great communication with the host. The location is near many shops and restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The washer and dryer were very convenient.」

「The best aspect of this apartment was the location — it was so close to the city center, the colleges, the museums, stores, pubs, restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious but the bathroom and the shower stall were very small, with no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. There was no air conditioning and we had record heat so it was quite oven-like. There was also a dampness to the apartment that got worse in the heat and a smell like a wet basement. 「The flat was very tidy and confortable. We had a very nice holiday there.」

「Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. 」

「I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. The flat needed...

「A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat!」
